Terms & Conditions
Welcome to EZEE Beauty, a place to experience premium beautycare and style without worrying about harsh chemicals or stressing about damage done to your natural beauty or environment.
By booking an appointment with EZEE, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all our clients and team members.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and stylist.
- Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
- A deposit (30%) required for most services and packages.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend will occur in 100% of the price of the scheduled service or services.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a 100% prepayment requirement for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it to ensure fairness to other clients.
- Late arrivals may still be charged for the full service booked.
4. Health & Safety
- We use organic, vegan and cruelty-free products. Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities during your consultation.
EZEE will not be liable for any side effects or allergies that may develop during treatments especially where full disclosure has not been made of any skin, skalp or allergens in advance.
- For your safety and ours, we reserve the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting illness or inappropriate behaviour.
5. Children & Guests
- To maintain a peaceful, safe environment, we request that children only accompany clients if they have an appointment.
- We ask that guests not receiving services do not accompany clients as our insurances do not cover visitors who are not clients entering the salon. We truly appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
6. Pricing & Payments
- All Prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept EFTPOS, major credit cards and cash.
- EZEE reserves the right to adjust pricing due to hair length, condition or time required, but this will always be communicated during consultation. Please note: All prices mentioned on our website are for short hair, unless specified.
7. REFUNDS are not offered for completed services but we are always open to feedback.
8. Privacy Policy
- All personal information collected is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
